All cutting appointments must be pre-booked online
COLOUR
Before we carry out any colour service you will be required to have a skin test 48 hours prior to your appointment.
NO skin test - NO appointment
If you are travelling far for your appointment we can arrange an online consultation and send a skin test kit to you
Cancelations
We totally understand that nobody cancels an appointment unless they really need to.
But we need to protect our business as last-minute cancellation spaces can be tricky to fill.
48-72hrs notice = 50% of the appointment fee is owed
Less than 48hrs notice - 75% of the appointment fee is owed
No show - 100% of the appointment fee is owed
If the appointment is backfilled, the cancellation fee may be waived at our discretion.
Runing Late?
Be Considerate
Our appointment slots are booked for you and you only. As we run a 1-2-1 appoinment only basis we do our upmost to run on time for you.
while we appreciate that there can be unexpected things happen from time to time, we only have a 10 minute buffer.
Any later than 10 minutes and you will still be charged for the whole appointment but we may have to cut something from it to allow us to be on time for our net clients.
It's your time slot and your time. We can't extend it into the next appointment so please allow for this when planning your journey.
